CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR/DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
Inspire are currently looking for a Contracts Administrator/Document Controller to join its busy team in Bromley, Kent.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career within a supportive and experienced team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all project-related documentation, ensuring that all information is accurately recorded, maintained, and readily accessible. Maintain and develop good communication with clients, site-based team, suppliers, and subcontractors, producing high quality documentation.
Key Functions & Responsibilities
- Assisting the Contracts Managers, Project Managers and Directors with maintaining a compliant and organised document filing structure
- Assisting the contracts team by ensuring document conformance – appropriate use of templates, referencing & document formatting etc.
- Controlling company and project documentation
- Following and improving document control procedures
- Supporting project administration
- Coordination of projects with Project Managers
- Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals, including contracts, drawings, specifications, reports, and communications.
- Using computers to organise and distribute documents within a company
- Helping in the planning stages of a specific project
- Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate project completion
- Manage version control of all project documents, ensuring that the latest versions are used and historical versions archived appropriately.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in document management software and project management tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with document control processes, standards, and regulations relevant to the industry.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage time effectively Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Good IT skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint).

Hours of Work – 40 hours Monday to Friday
