- Any existing loose paint scraped back and area prepared.
- One coat of protective grey floor paint applied to treads and risers.
- One coat of protective yellow paint applied to nosings and existing row numbers
Washroom Refurbishment
- Existing sanitary units stripped out and removed
- New cubicles and doors installed to location
- Walls skimmed prior to installation of whiterock
- New hygienic cladding (whiterock) installed including trims and mastics
- New troughs and taps installed with units under
- Installation of new toilets and waste pipes
- Ceiling and door frames prepared & decorated
- New vinyl flooring installed including cap & cove
